API, webhooks and WooCommerce

API keys, sending from your systems, signed webhooks and the WooCommerce plugin.

API keys

Open Developer → API keys and make a key with only the permissions it needs. It's shown once; keep it on your server.

Sending

POST /api/v1/messages sends a template (or text within 24 hours). POST /api/v1/messages/bulk sends one template to up to 1,000 numbers, each with its own values. Always send an Idempotency-Key so retries never send twice. See the developers page and the full API reference.

Webhooks

Add an endpoint under Developer → Webhooks and choose events: messages received, statuses, template approvals, deals and more. Every request is signed (Walenz-Signature); check it with your signing secret. Failed deliveries are retried for a day, and you can send any of them again.

WooCommerce

Download the plugin from the developers page, upload it in WordPress, paste your API key in WooCommerce → Settings → WAlenz, and choose a template for each order status.
