What does the free trial include?

Are WhatsApp's message fees included?
No. Meta bills template messages to the payment method in your WhatsApp Business Account directly, at its own rates, so there’s no markup. Replies within 24 hours of a customer’s message are free. See Meta’s prices.
How do I pay?
In Sri Lankan rupees, by card through PayHere or by bank transfer. Plans renew monthly or yearly, and you can turn off renewal at any time.
Can I change plans later?
Yes. Upgrades apply right away; downgrades apply at the end of the period you've already paid for.
What counts as a message?
Every message WAlenz sends for you: campaigns, inbox replies, automatic replies, workflows, appointment reminders and messages sent through the API. Messages your customers send you don't count. The allowance is for each billing period: a month on monthly billing, the whole year on yearly billing.
